Q: I am not a driving instructor, can I still buy from you?
A: Absolutely yes! We welcome orders from learner drivers and riders as well as anyone connected with road safety or driver training,
for example Police Forces, Councils, Road Safety Officers, Advanced
Driver Training Associations, members of the public, The Emergency Services, ADI and other
Our aim is to ensure that everyone who wants access to road safety/training products should be encouraged and not be prevented from doing so on the grounds that it is too expensive,
which is why our prices are consistently low.

Q: Do your prices included VAT?
A: Absolutely YES! In addition because we are based in the UK and despatch all goods from the UK, all Standard Rated items we sell have been subjected to VAT at source. You can buy from us in the knowledge that you will not become liable for any import duty or VAT for any items purchased from our website. If you are a VAT registered business you will be able to reclaim any VAT in the normal way.
You should be aware that with some companies this is not always the case and therefore when you make your purchase you assume the role of the importer, with all the legal responsibilities that follow. In addition if you are a VAT registered business you will be unable to reclaim any VAT on the purchase price, as none was paid initially.

Q: I have seen some of the products you sell on other websites at higher prices, are you a genuine company, are the products current editions, how can you afford to sell so cheaply?
A: We are a wholesaler and distributor of driver traing products unlike most of the retail websites you will have seen, some of whom buy their stock from us. In addition we are a wholesale distributor for the Stationery Office (formerly HMSO) who publish the official driving titles on behalf of the Driving Standards Agency (DSA). The reason our prices are so cheap is simple, when you buy from us you are buying at near wholesale prices with no middle man, when you buy elsewhere you are paying retail minus a discount. We sell more driver training products to the trade than anyone else in the UK and supply some of the best known names in the business. Our turnover is huge and our aims more modest, to make driver training material available to as many people as possible at the absolute minimum cost.
Q: I have found a product cheaper elsewhere will you price match?
A: In a word Yes. We would be amazed if you were able to buy cheaper from any other source. However, in the very unlikely event that you find an advertised product cheaper elsewhere and provided it is a genuine offer, we can usually either match or beat any price you may have been quoted. Our pricematch excludes electronic products purchased and shipped from outside the UK
Q: How long will it take for me to receive my order?
A: There are times when, due to the pressures of new publications
being released, it may take longer than the usual 3-4 days. If you
would like a priority service, we can usually offer this subject
to stock for a fee of £9.29. If we are unable to fulfill
this service the standard price will be charged.
Q: How much will I be charged for postage?
A: Our web site has been programmed to recognise your delivery address and your order size, to ensure the cost to you is kept as low as possible. You will be supplied with your available delivery options and the cost, based on these variables before you check out. In some areas of the UK and Northern Ireland your choice may be limited.
Q: I am a Driving Instructor and I would prefer to have the goods sent direct to my pupils, what paperwork is sent with the orders.
A: No invoices are sent with orders only Despatch Notes. Prices are not quoted on Despatch Notes. Using the comments box before checking out please tell us if you require a Dropship Despatch Note(a note that only contains your name and address and the delivery name and address)
Q: I am unable to checkout, the website keeps taking me back to the shopping cart.
A: This can happen if you are trying to checkout with 'out of stock' items in the shopping cart. Remove the items by clicking in the remove box next to the 'out of stock' item and then on try again.
Q: I am unable to checkout, the website keeps taking me back to the payment page.
A: Have you entered your details correctly, check the details, make sure the name is entered exactly as displayed on your card. This could also occur if you are trying to use a non UK credit card. As a security measure our site will only allow the use of UK originated cards to be processed.
Q: I don't get an option to pay by credit/debit card.
A: Currently we are only able to accept orders where the invoice and delivery address are in the UK. We are in the process of exploring the possibility for customers from the Republic of Ireland being able to order from our website. If you would like to place an order for outside of the UK you will need to call us on 01903 882299 and customer services will be pleased to quote.
Q: Why does my shopping cart not allow me to purchase more than a certain number of copies of a particular product?
A: It could be that the product you require is nearly out of stock, and maybe we only have a few copies of the product left in stock, in which case try reducing the quantity until you are able to checkout. Sometimes we have a limited special offer or DeskTop Deal that restricts the number of items you can buy at that price, usually it will say something like 'Limited to 1 copy per customer' on the product page. If you want to buy more than the specific offer allows then try doing a search for the product as it may be available in more quantities but at a different price.
Q: My goods have not arrived yet what should I do?
A: For all goods sent via Parcelforce you will have been sent an e-mail informing you of the tracking number, just enter this number on Parcelforce's website to see the progress of your order. If the goods have not arrived in the expected timeframe please e-mail us remembering to include your order number and we will investigate to see if there are any exceptional problems that require intervention. Remember to allow 2-4 days for all orders sent other than via next day service. For all items sent via Royal Mail we need to wait a total of 14 days after despatch before we are able to start an investigation into the whereabouts of the goods. In all circusmstances you must notify us within 7 days of the despatch date if goods have not arrived. No responsibility can be accepted for goods after the 7 day period where we have not been notified of non-delivery
Q: I have just placed an order and now I realise I have ordered the wrong products, what should I do?
A: We regret it is not possible to amend orders once they have been made. We may be able to cancel an order if there has been a genuine error and you notify us on the day the order was placed.
