Depending on how much you spend over a 31 day period you may qualify for a loyalty reward on the total value of your order.
How it Works
Our system keeps a record of the purchases you make over a rolling 31 day period and calculates the online loyalty reward to apply to your orders.
The reward will apply everytime you place an order with us providing you have met the qualifying spend in the preceeding 31 day period. The system will reset itself to zero if you make no purchases during any 31 day period and you will need to build up your loyalty reward again.
You can keep track of your online reward in the My Account/Log in section of our website, which will show you how much you have spent and the online loyalty you are entitled to.
Our Hot Tip
Your reward status will be updated when any pending orders have been despatched, so it is best to wait until your existing order has been despatched before placing your next order, to maximise your reward.
Cancelled orders' will not count towards your total spend.
