To keep the cost of postage as low as possible our web site has been programmed to recognise your delivery address and your order size. You will be supplied with your available delivery options and the cost before you check out. In some areas of the UK and Northern Ireland your choice may be limited. To give you some indication our shipping charge could vary from a low of 99p to a maximum of £6.39 for 2-4 day delivery to most UK mainland addresses.
We do not operate a so called 'Free' postage policy as realistically everyone knows that you get nothing for 'Free', the 'Free' postage costs will always be reflected into the price you pay for the product and that the 'Free' postage is just another marketing tool designed to fool the customer into thinking they have got a good deal.
In fairness to all our customers wherever you live
Our postage costs are kept to the absolute minimum for the postcode, wherever you live in the UK. Most sensible people would agree that is a fair way to treat customers. Subsidised postage costs for remote locations means the products would inevitably cost more for everyone and that's far from fair.
Courier Pack or R/Mail 2nd Class
Using our Royal Mail 2nd Class service, your goods will usually be delivered within 2-4 working
Standard Tracked Delivery
Using our Standard Tracked service, your goods will usually be delivered within 2-4 working
Priority Tracked Delivery
Using our Priority Tracked service, your goods will usually be delivered the next working day for orders placed before 12 noon, or within 2 working days for orders placed after 12 noon. In some areas of the UK and Northern Ireland it can take an extra day. If we are unable to fullfill a Priority Delivery due to unforeseen circumstances, such as a lack of stock, we will refund the difference between the Standard and Priority Service.
All delivery times quoted are subject to stock and are therefore not guaranteed.

Damaged or incorrectly supplied items will be replaced free of charge - or a refund issued if you prefer - provided notification is made in writing within 14 days of receipt of goods.

You must conatct us first before returning any item.
If you wish to return any undamaged or correctly supplied item you must notify us by e-mail within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Please quote your order number and the reason why you wish to return the goods, which must be returned to us at your expense, in the original packaging and in, as new condition. Please note that in line with the Distance Selling Regulations we are only able to refund on un-opened software, once you break the seal it is limited to a replacement if found faulty. We are only able to refund on items actually received back, you should therefore obtain proof of posting to protect yourself from financial loss if the items become mislaid in transit. None of the above is intended to affect your statutory rights under the Distance Selling Regulations.
