You will need to register to place your first order.
This is done by clicking on the 'Create Account' link on the 'Home Page' which will take you to the 'Create Account' Page. Enter your details in the spaces provide, please ensure you enter your details accurately otherwise an error box may show. Please note, it is best to use the registered address for the card you will be using for payment when filling out this form. Using a different address means we will have to carry out additional security checks which could delay your order.
It is only necessary to register once, when you return to our site in the future you will be able to use 'My Account/Log In' where you just need to enter the e-mail address and password you used when you registered.
Forgotten your Password?

Just click on the 'forgotten password' link and you will be e-mailed a new password by return. Please ensure you check your spam box if you can't find the e-mail, as maybe the antivirus programme on your computer will treat the e-mail as auto-generated spam. If the password does not arrive within an hour of making a request and having checked your spam box please call us.
My original password does not allow me to log in, I requested and received a new password but this won't work either?
*Ensure that your email address is exactly as when you created your account.
*The 'Returning Customers' password box has been programmed to trim whitespace both before and after any password which will make it easier if you use cut and past. It is important therefore to ensure that when choosing an initial password no whitespace exists either before or after the password.
*Passwords and e-mail addresses are case sensitive.
*If you are accessing the site via a firewall, check any settings, as a firewall may prevent you from logging into the site. This includes using the Internet Firewall Connection, if using Windows XP service pack 2 or 3.
*If viewing the site over a network, check with your network administrator regarding any possible restrictions.
*Check settings for software firewalls you may be using, such as Zone Alarm or Norton Internet Security.

Placing an order.

Once you have chosen the product or products you require click on the 'add to cart button'. This will take you to the shopping cart where all your shopping is stored until you are ready to buy.
In the shopping cart you can alter the quantities or remove any product before you checkout. If you want to add more products just press the 'Continue Shopping' button which will take you back to where you were previously.
DELIVERY INFO PAGE
The 'Delivery Info' page is where you can change the delivery address if it is different from your primary address, send us a message about your order and select from the various delivery options. Not all options are available in all parts of the country.
Some customers will have an option to select more than one payment method but in most cases the card payment is preselected as being the only payment method. Make sure you enter your details correctly. You also have another chance to send us a message regarding your order. When you have finished press 'Continue'
ORDER CONFIRMATION PAGE
On this page you have one last opportunity to make any admendments to your order before your press 'Confirm Order' which will contact HSBC bank servers to process your card payment.
PAYMENT SUCCESS PAGE
If your payment is authorised then you will see this screen. Use the 'print' button to print your invoice. You can print previous invoices anytime by logging into your account.
Need to change your account details?
You can make changes to your details, print previous invoice/receipts, add delivery addresses, subscribe or un-subscribe and place a quick re-order using the facilities in the 'My Account' section.
